The beauty and style of this riad were exceptional. The owners were kind-hearted and friendly. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and extremely helpful. The location, though not in a touristy area, added to the charm, being situated in the heart of an ancient neighborhood. The spacious rooms featured authentic ethnic furniture, adorned ceilings, and colorful excavated windows. The patio and garden were delightful for relaxation. The riad's decor was amazingly authentic, showcasing Moorish influences.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Le Riad Meknes is a veritable Marocain Riad with very nice style : very beautifull rooms, pleasant interior yard also well-decorated. The structure is small so you find a familial atmosphere. Coking is qualitying, very typical like you wait when you go in a Marocain riad, breakfast was also very good. Quantity also is good maybe to big ! Staff also is flexible. Very good moments for me in this riad, it corresponds largely to my request when i look for Marocain trip !

Located in the heart of the old town, close to markets and souks. We loved the comfort of the room that provided beautiful furnishings and a great view of the city. the staff was very helpful and polite.
The restaurant was a bit overpriced for the quality of the food served. the Wi-Fi was not working properly, which made it difficult to stay in touch with family and friends.

Swimming pool was a god send ! Quiet spot in an otherwise busy area. Breakfast was excellent. Great gardens and sitting areas.
Pillows were shocking - meant to mention it but forgot. Way too hard. Shower without a wall mount - what is the point ? Not the easiest to find - especially difficult with a car to park. Inside the alcazaba walls and no vehicle access.

The hotel has a beautiful decor and charming outdoor spaces with interesting plants and gardens. the breakfast is tasty, especially the pancakes. the rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly. the wifi is available in the rooms, despite the receptionist saying otherwise to the guests.
The service at the restaurant needs improvement, as one guest had a bad experience with the food.

We had an amazing New Year's experience at a beautiful hotel surrounded by stunning art pieces. The breakfast was generous and the food was very good. We enjoyed the special touch of being able to order a taxi at a lower cost than the street. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the central area of the city and close to the medina. Plus, the knowledgeable hosts provided us with great advice on Meknes, train schedules, and transportation.
The hotel needed some maintenance and refurbishing. The wifi was only available in a limited area of the hotel, which was inconvenient.

We loved the beautifully tended gardens with exotic plants and the calm atmosphere. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The delicious breakfast and helpful staff made our stay even better. We could access the Wi-Fi at all times and it was faster in the garden area.
Everything great.
